Overview
In Detroit, Lead Detective Lance Sullivan investigates the murder of a woman shot in her home. Police catch their suspect driving the victim's car, but don't have enough to charge him. Now Sullivan must race to collect evidence for a murder warrant before his suspect can post bail.
