Overview
Escalation of bombing by the army increases the casualty rate on Dejima. Kusanagi meets Kuze in the midst of confusion, but both are raided by a squad of Self-Defense Navy Aegis ships and are trapped under the rabble. After rescuing the prime minister from confinement, Aramaki tries to use a political measure to block Imperial Americana.
