Overview
Lori Mejia was a fighter from birth, surviving against the odds and thriving until a downward spiral led her to a deadly encounter with a man named Herberto Maldonado, also known as "Vampire". A life-long friend with a dangerous secret, Bruce Sawhill is accused of molesting his best friend's 10-year-old daughter and then fled from law enforcement - setting in motion a tragic chain-reaction of events that would lead to the victim's death by suffocation.
