Overview
The bluefin quota is extended, and the captains look to capitalize on the opportunity. Captain Bobby Earl of Reel e Bugging had a rocky start, but he's convinced that a few more weeks on the water will help him prove to the Southern fleet that he truly belongs in the OBX.
