At least nine people have been killed as dangerous weather and flood waters swept across the South over the weekend. Heavy winds and tornadoes also threatened several states. Skyler Henry reports. Secretary of State Marco Rubio met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Israel on Sunday to discuss Middle East policy.
