President Trump announced a 90-day pause on most of his new tariffs, sending the U.S. stock market surging. They talked, among other things, about the impact of cutting thousands of jobs at federal health agencies and the high cost of some of the most popular prescription drugs. Urban builders are switching from steel and concrete to a material that is more sustainable and friendly to the environment. The use of what's called mass timber is up 15%. Rob Marciano reports.
